Questions HVAC owners ask us
Will my techs see anything?
Only if you invite them. By default, the dashboard is for owners and office managers. You can give techs read-only access to the team-mentions view if you want to share leaderboards.
What if I have multiple service area listings?
The first Google Business Profile is $29/mo, each additional listing is just $9/mo. So a single shop with one listing is $29/mo; a 3-branch operation is $29 + $9 + $9 = $47/mo total. Multi-location shops get a multi-location dashboard view that aggregates everything.
How does the QR code thing work?
We generate a short URL (tinylink.biz/yourshop) that redirects to your Google "leave a review" page, plus a QR code PNG you can drop on receipts, business cards, and invoice paper. Click-throughs are tracked.
Can my office manager handle reviews instead of me?
Yes. Add them as an admin and they can reply on your behalf. You'll still get the weekly summary so you stay in the loop.
Can I get reviews back into my CRM (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)?
Direct integrations are on the roadmap. Today, you can use the weekly summary email or export reviews to CSV. Email support@tinyreviewsapp.com if you want a specific integration prioritized.
