What counts as a "location"?
A location is simply a physical branch of your company. The first location on your account is $29/mo, and each additional location is just $9/mo. So a single shop is $29/mo. A 3-branch chain is $29 + $9 + $9 = $47/mo total — way less than the per-location pricing of bigger competitors.
Can I add the same location to both Google and Facebook?
Yes — and it doesn't count as two locations. A "location" is the physical place; you can attach a Google Business Profile and a Facebook Page to it.
Do I have to enter a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day free trial doesn't require any billing info. We only ask when you decide to keep using TinyReviews after the trial.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Add as many team members as you want at no extra cost. We don't charge per-seat — that's an enterprise software trick we're not interested in.
What happens if I cancel?
You stop being charged immediately. No questions, no exit interview, no clawback fees.
